CHICBABY.GR allows you to return the product you received before the arrival of 14 calendar days and refund the purchase amount. More specifically, according to article 3E of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, the consumer can withdraw from his purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
In particular, in order to receive your money back, the following conditions must apply to the returned product:
1. Upon receipt by us the returned product must have its original condition without damage and if possible in its original packaging.
2. The product label has not been removed.
3. The product must not have been incorrectly assembled.
4. No parts or accessories have been removed if available.
Return costs in the case are covered by the consumer.
If all the above conditions are met, the amount of money is returned to an account indicated by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and checking its status.
CHANGES
Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the consumer has the right to change the product he has purchased.
The conditions for changing a product are the same as the conditions for returning a product.
Return costs in this case are covered by the consumer, as well as shipping for the shipment of the new product.

Returns of products not accepted:
In products which are not suitable for return for health reasons or for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as socks, bodysuits.
